Poste :

The service requires:

Budget Management:

• Collaborating with operational managers to collecting, consolidating, and updating budget data monthly.
• Ensuring accuracy of figures and collaborate with the financial controller to explain variations and discrepancie.

Time Tracking:

• Assisting operational managers in creating activities, tasks, and assigning resources.
• Ensure 100% time tracking by the end of each month and coordinating the monthly rework campaign.

Sourcing:

• Managing end-to-end monitoring for new positions, replacements, and renewals.
• Coordinating with stakeholders and following up on on/off-boarding processes.

Workforce Evolution:

• Collaborating with operational managers to maintain visibility on current workforce, forecast, and sourcing strategy plan.
• Support the sourcing process and managing on/offboarding processes.

Procure To Pay:

• Providing operational support for the P2P lifecycle, including vendor creation, PO creation, PO receipt, and follow-up with stakeholders.

Reporting:

• Delivering monthly reporting to manage monitoring activities and communicating status to relevant stakeholders.
