Key Responsibilities:
Database Design & Development: Design, develop, and maintain complex SQL Server databases, including writing efficient queries, stored procedures, and functions.
Performance Optimization: Analyze and optimize SQL queries, indexes, and database performance to ensure scalability and efficiency.
Data Modeling: Develop and maintain logical and physical data models, ensuring alignment with business requirements and system design.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (development, operations, business analysts) to ensure smooth integration of database solutions into application architecture.
Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve performance issues, bugs, and other technical challenges related to SQL Server environments.
Code Reviews & Mentoring: Conduct code reviews, provide technical guidance to junior developers, and ensure best practices are followed across the team.
Documentation: Maintain clear and detailed documentation of database schemas, queries, and development processes.
Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest SQL Server features, best practices, and industry trends, continuously improving your skills and the quality of the development process.
